First you need to brainstorm as much as you can about what you want to achieve. Then send it to me and away we go! I’ll give you a timeline for our work together, give you couple of budgets to pick from, ask you lots of questions – and then wait for your go-ahead (and deposit).

Most, probably all, of our work will be done via email. This works best when there are checklists and to-do items. Plus it allows us to work when we are at our best (I make no sense in a 9am meeting, trust me!). I also work across many time zones, you don’t have to be in Vancouver for us to work together.

If you’re hiring me to do strategy work I’ll send you a written guide to work from when we’re done.
